Long before modern Bed and Breakfasts and Air B&Bs, the Greene-Dreher community boasted of farmhouse B&Bs by the dozens at the turn of the 20th Century. Bernadine Lennon will present the history of why they came into existence, examples of postcard messages sent by boarders, and the importance of this home grown industry to the local economy.
